Attach Coax To Vinyl Siding

I just hate to see a bundle of ugly wavy black cables running down the surface of white or beige siding.

The wall is covered in vinyl siding. I ve looked at several push in cable hangers the kind that insert up under a slat but they will not work with my siding. 97 0 30 item 6 97 6 97. I live in ohio so i get extreme weather from below zero and a foot of snow to 95 degree humid days so i am thinking.

The tabs can t insert between the slats because the lip isn t deep enough. I am looking for a way to mount all my cabling to my siding on my house.
